We only accept fine jewelry in our marketplace, which means the jewelry is made of precious metals, diamonds and gemstones. Precious metals can be solid or filled 14k or higher gold, as well as platinum or sterling silver. Precious stones must be real diamonds and colored gemstones - we do not allow costume jewelry with imitation gemstones, gold or silver plated metal jewelry.

How does authentication work?

All jewelry sold on REFIND is automatically sent to our Quality Control HQ for professional authentication. When you buy something on REFIND, you’re buying it directly from the seller -- they’ll ship it our HQ for our inspection and authentication process, where we verify the listing matches the item(s) you've purchased.

Once the item passes our strict quality control check, we will clean and sanitize the item(s) and package it into our branded jewelry pouch and ship to the address provided in your order confirmation.
